Plot: Post hurricane Katrina New Orleans- a place seething with extreme violence fueled by a crime wave gone out of control. Brutal Mexican drug lord Santiago Rodriguez busts out of jail with the help of his uncle, the head of Catalina Cartel. But his ''Get Out Of Jail'' card is not free. Its price is $15 million - the money his then girlfriend Maria hid after he was arrested by reckless police detective Travis Roundtree- and it won't be easy getting it back. Santiago's got two big problems:Maria now hates him and she is the only one who knows where the loot is stashed. There is also the legendary Thorn, a vicius hit man plotting revenge for the death of his niece. But Travis has it even worse he begins falling for Maria after being ordered to tack down Santiago at all costs.
